III NATIONAL COMPETITION MODELS "REAL FESTIVAL"
The Ministry of Youth CC.OO of Cantabria, is involved in supporting and promoting our community members dedicated to musical creation through this contest.
The call will be regulated according to the following bases: First .-
Participants may take part in the competition all those groups and soloists of any place or style of music, whose members are aged between 14 and 35 years which have not previously edited a disc (unless it was self-financed). There may also be subject to any professional relationship, business or currently work force (recording contract, contract manager, etc.).

Los / as contestants should send the application form duly completed in accordance with the model annexed to these rules, a photocopy of the ID of all the learners in the group, and the model with which is competing in mp3 format, by e-mail the following email address juventud.cn @ cantabria.ccoo.es, by mail or in person to the address below.
III National Model Contest "Royal Festival" Youth Secretariat

Open to public: 9:00 am to 14:00 / 16:30 to 20: 00h.
A single model of the group, with including up to three original songs, art must show the name of the group or band and title of the items listed in the model and which are competing. They must also be accompanied by the written word of the songs, a brief history and a group photograph at least.
In the event that the group will serve a minor, parental consent must be provided, mother or legal guardian. Third .-
Deadlines The deadline for entering the competition will run from February 7 to March 18, 2011 at 14:00 inclusive.
Fourth .- Exclusion of the contest will be excluded from the competition
those who commit or requests to participate in any of the following cases:
Late submission.
Breach of the requirements under the Rules.
Absence of the group in concert or that he or his companions causing damage or destruction to any facility that the organization provides for the concert or stay, will be grounds for expulsion direct competition.
Fifth .- Jury The jury is composed mostly of people related and linked to the music world.
A jury trial may be declared void any prize. Jurors

The competition organizers reserve the right to change, always for reasons beyond the dates and planned activities.
Participation in this summons means full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules by the contestants and the renunciation of any claim.

Licensing
works participants respond personally contest the legitimate ownership of the rights of the songs and music performed by ensuring, by the mere participation in this contest.
CC.OO The youth secretariat of Cantabria can make use of the songs featured, as well as recordings of live concerts to publicize the contest and its participants in whatever means deemed appropriate. To this end, participants in the competition provide this data, pictures and information that is required. Participation in the same involves the granting of approval of the organization to include their pictures in the program.
Eighth .-
Prizes First prize: $ 500 and live performance at Real Festival
Second prize: 200 euros and live performance at Real Festival
Ninth .- Finance
Holidays For the / as members / the group / s winner is residing outside the autonomous community of Cantabria, the organization responsible for providing accommodation and meals of the day of the event to the group included in the registration form. ANNEX
