HAITI The misfortunes and disasters are cruelty against the Caribbean country, the poorest of America, which deserves more belong to the African continent as it is a country with no state and no government such as Somalia.

What has become of all the money raised to help Haiti? Many reconstruction projects have fallen by the wayside? The corruption among civil servants is one of the highest in the world. The international community, which pledged support to invest in the country, is probably waiting to see what comes out of the polls on November 28 because Haitians are called to vote to achieve effective governance and democratic.
