Order of names in the Court
An official shall determine the order of names if parents are unable to agree as
Solomonic decision when parents do not agree at the time of registering the name and the order of names of child
When the child will be enrolled in Civil Registration is the official in charge of this department who will make the final decision on order of names if no agreement between the parents as was fixed in the new Civil Registry Law was approved by Congress.
legal text would read:
"in case of disagreement or if they are not placed on record the names in the application for registration, the civil registrar shall require the parents, or whoever holds the child's legal representation, so that, within three days, report the order of surnames. After this period without explicit communication, the manager will decide the order of the surnames in the best interest of the child. "
