PURCHASE OPTION ON THE CAMPUS SAN VICENTE DE LA RURAL COMMUNITY OF Uquire
For expiration period of validity, without being corrected comments in the note dated 21/02/2011, the SUNARP by obituary published today on its website, said cross for the second time the application for the Mining Cronos concerning registration of real property of the estate "San Vicente" Peasant Community Uquire.
Entres the main points that have not been eliminated are:
- If registration is requested lease with option agreement, however is subject to the contract option, so it is stated that Reservations must be made by separate acts not on the same act.
- Comments on the plane which was attached, since no one is certain of the plane in question under contract for deed of 26/11/2009
- Clarify the price of sale is agreed in the option contract, indicated S/.600, 000.00 soles, and then in another clause stated S /. 1.00 nuevo sol
- And do not attach a certificate issued by the COFOPRI in stating that the material part of the area requested, does not include land occupied by some informal possession.
