The minimum level of protection for dependency in 2011, has been established in a Royal Decree approved by the Council of Ministers last April 15, the which establishes the minimum level of protection provided to the beneficiaries of the System for Autonomy and Care Unit 2011, including those with moderate dependence assessed with Grade I Level 2.
Unit Law provides that the protection of persons in situations of dependency is carried out through three levels: a minimum level of protection guaranteed by the Central Government, a level of protection agreed between this administration and every community autonomous, and an additional layer that may provide each community with their budgets.
So the minimum levels of protection unit for the year 2011, are:
